How do I book a journey?

Every booking is made in the ApexVIP app — there's no booking on this website. Install the app from your browser (Share → Add to Home Screen on iPhone, Install app on Android), then ask ApexAI or tap out your journey. Your car, fare and chauffeur are confirmed in seconds.

Where does ApexVIP operate?

ApexVIP is live in London today — covering every major airport (Heathrow, Gatwick, City, Luton, Stansted) plus the private aviation terminals. Dubai is coming soon; reserve your place now to be among the first when it opens.

How does membership work?

There are two, and they are separate. The Ride membership (£199 a month, first 30 days on us) unlocks the booking desk in the app: fixed fares, flight-tracked pickups and the full fleet. The Concierge membership (Silver £49 / Gold £199 / Black £499 a month) adds a personal concierge for everything beyond the car. Take either, or both.

What will my journey cost?

Every fare is fixed and shown before you confirm, inclusive of VAT — a typical Heathrow transfer is around £95. No surge pricing, ever.

Which vehicles can I choose?

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class for up to three guests, and the Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to seven. Every car is chauffeur-driven, detailed before each journey and stocked with still water, Wi-Fi and charging.

How do airport pickups work?

We track your flight in real time and adjust automatically to delays. Your chauffeur meets you in arrivals, and waiting is complimentary for sixty minutes after you land.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — membership is monthly with no lock-in, cancellable in a tap from your account.
